Eric Holtz is the founder of BusinessProfit2.2.

Eric is an entrepreneur of over 25 years.

Eric's mission in starting BusinessProfit2.2 is to share his knowledge with other businesses and organizations giving them a huge organizational advantage and saving years of trial and error. Going through good times and bad, several economic downturns, the 2008 National recession and currently tackling the COVID-19 impact has forged his viewpoints on how businesses should be setup and structured to remain profitable.

Eric sees things through an "Entrepreneurial Perspective" and understands first hand what a business owner and leader goes through on a daily basis.

Alejandro Arteaga leads the "Marketing & Closing" Team.

Alejandro is a "Bilingual Multi-National Business Consultant" with a broad background in marketing, corporate development, technology startups, foreign business formations and foreign exchange markets.

Alejandro's experience includes strategy building, liquidity management, risk management, process development (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen), KYC (know your customer) management and compliency. His recent projects have included block chain development in the oil and gas industry and cross border business to business transactions.

Alejandro earned a Baccalaureate of Science degree in Engineering Technology. He also holds a Master of Business Administration degree and has served as an Adjunct Professor.

Claudia Cervantes leads the "Analyze & Optimize" Team.

Claudia is a "Bilingual Complex Data Analyst." She has performed many roles including budget analysis, forecasting, demand planning, profit building, corporate development, strategic planning, process development (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen) and project management.

Claudia has worked in the medical industry, government contracting sector, educational field and other industries.

Claudia earned a Baccalaureate of Arts degree in Economics and Computer Information Systems. She also holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Global Management.

Roynell has enjoyed an incredible career in the technology field working as a contractor in various roles and projects. He has provided application support to as many as 20,000 systems on a global basis. He has a diverse knowledge base in technical systems, computer support and computer security.

Roynell has worked in multiple sectors including educational, medical and corporate. He has worked with multi-national companies, the worlds largest defense contractor and other key industries.

Roynell earned a Baccalaureate of Science degree in Business Administration and Information Technology. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Business Management and Information Systems Security.
